Fascinated by computers since before I can remember, I founded Unleaded Software Inc., an international web development firm, while still a high school freshman at Kent Denver School. Denver was considered then to be “Telecom Valley” and I landed internships with major players like AOL and www.corealestateonline.com, the first online real estate website in the world.

While in college, I graduated from Jones Real Estate College and before returning college that fall, I had sold 5 homes. Real Estate fascinated me as much as the internet. I partnered with a fellow Colgate University graduate to grow Unleaded Software into a major internet entity headquartered in Denver. We’ve built some of the top real estate websites for Colorado Realtors and developers over the years including this website for Park Properties Realty.

The worldwide demand for our work inspired me to found a satellite web dev company, Unleaded Software Solutions Private Ltd., in Ahmedabad, half a world away. My team in India works nights while the team in Denver work days. This 24/7 approach is representative of my personal work ethic—work isn’t work when you love what you’re doing. And an interest in education helps too. I earned my MBA from Colorado University and am currently working on a second master’s degree.

My wife and I enjoy commercial and residential property ownership and management and I’m introducing my young boys to the projects so that they can grow up understanding the work involved in keeping these properties in shape. This personal experience helps me help my customers establish financial security through real estate ownership. I work with buyers and sellers across metro Denver, Park Hill, Lowry, Stapleton, Curtis Park, Highlands, BowMar South, Littleton, Englewood and points from northern to southern Colorado.
